I’m Amanda Rodriguez, a Realtor here in New Smyrna Beach. I’ve built my business — and my reputation — on proving that real estate is so much more than unlocking a door. - I negotiate fiercely. Not every offer is created equal. I help you spot the good ones, protect your bottom line, and avoid deals that could fall apart at the last minute.
- I keep the process moving. Inspections, appraisals, repairs, lender hiccups — I handle the surprises and keep you in the loop, so you’re never left wondering what’s next. When it’s 11PM at night and there’s a potential buyer wanting to schedule a showing… there’s a HIGH chance I’m pausing Netflix to respond to that e-mail.
